Here you will find many recordings taken from live and original sessions recorded over the past 14 years in the field of mindfulness and meditation. We have enjoyed influences from a variety of techniques; from the classic traditions of yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) which originated in India, to the Westernized contemporary versions of those same techniques.
