WELCOME TO THE 5 DAYS OF BRAVE!

This is a great place to start! You will gain skill in relaxing deeply and regaining a full breath, followed by the exploration of visualizations and intentions. We also suggest using our contemplation questions to further affirm the awareness and benefits of the practice.

Each day will focus on deepening the experience of BRAVE through simple practices to Breathe, Relax, Allow, Visualize, and Empower.

Our intention here is to offer and suggest some tools that reinforce the effects of the Take a Breath practice. When we create a safe and authentic space for someone to share their thoughts it can help them integrate the benefits from the practice. Simply give time and space to the person completing the BRAVE recordings, and use the contemplation questions provided to start the listening. Listening Document

You may choose to commit to a deeper personal practice, or look at tools and materials that challenge you to fine tune your focus on mental health and wellness, or you may choose to support others in their own developing Take a Breath experience.
