There are a number of recordings in this section which can create a shift you may need in a stressful moment.  As well, you can use the recordings daily to stay ahead of anxiety or a reactive mind and emotions.  Perhaps choose some of the longer recordings to practice when you have some quiet, relaxed time in your day.
